Nature of work
We are looking for a responsible and dedicated person to work in the warehouse administration.
The main part of the job is document management and work with internal systems, ensuring a smooth process of receiving and issuing goods.
Approval and verification of goods receipt documents, processing of returns, exchanges and discrepancies.
Printing customer waybills and goods issuance documents.
Daily communication with customers, drivers, management and warehouse employees.
Work with Equinox and Navision systems.

Employee requirements
Carefulness, responsibility and thoroughness when working with documents and information.
Polite, businesslike and clear communication with customers, drivers and colleagues.
Good computer skills and the ability to quickly understand new programs.
Basic knowledge of English and Russian would be an advantage.
Experience working with Navision, Equinox or other warehouse or accounting systems would be an advantage.
