Nature of work

Work and customer relations: receiving, issuing, planning orders.
Administrative work: document management, preparing reports, entering orders into systems.
Communication with drivers: distributing loading and unloading.
Collaboration with the team.
Agenda planning for team members.

Employee requirements

Result orientation, desire to improve.
Sense of responsibility, communication skills, teamwork, independence.
Knowledge of English, Russian is an advantage.
Computer skills (MS Office package).
Knowledge of English, Russian is an advantage.
Ability to effectively manage assigned tasks.
Prompt resolution of emerging problems.
Work with scanning of goods would be an advantage.

We offer

Work schedule: Friday from 5 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and one working day a week at 8 a.m. (possibility to negotiate).

Salary
