Nature of work
Registration of receipt, write-off, transfer and accompanying documents (waybills, invoices) of goods in the system.
Monitoring the accuracy of balances and participating in inventories.
Communication with carriers, suppliers and colleagues by e-mail and telephone.
Coordination of loading schedules and prompt resolution of emerging issues.
Checking and updating logistics data (weights, packages, barcodes) in the system.
Printing labels and assisting in sticking them on goods and packages.
Auxiliary warehouse work (inspection, sorting, maintaining order).
Performing other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Employee requirements
At least secondary education.
Similar work experience in warehouse accounting or logistics (an advantage).
Experience working with warehouse management/accounting programs and good MS Office (especially Excel) skills.
Fluent in Lithuanian, good business communication skills via e-mail and telephone.
Diligence, responsibility, organization and ability to respond quickly to changing situations.
