About the position:
In this position you will be responsible for the administration of warehouse accounting documents, receipt of invoices and accuracy of warehouse balance data.
Workload can be adjusted – 0.5 full-time (20 hours per week) or 0.75 full-time (30 hours per week). Work is organized every working day, approximately 4 or 6 hours per day, respectively.

We will trust you:
- Checking, entering and collecting invoices received;
- Reconciling goods and warehouse balances;
- Entering balance data and ensuring its correctness in the accounting system;
- Administering warehouse accounting documents;
- Cooperating with the warehouse manager in resolving daily accounting issues.
We hope you:
- Have practical experience working with the Rivilės program - this is necessary for this position;
- Have experience in accounting or warehouse accounting;
- Understand the principles of primary accounting documents and receipt of goods;
- Be diligent, attentive and responsible;
- Be able to independently organize your work and ensure data accuracy;
- Can work 0.5 or 0.75 full-time each working day.
