Future responsibilities:
- Enter and administer information in the company's internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
- Register and control the movement of warehouse inventory: receipt, transfer, issuance and write-off of materials.
- Check and verify documents related to warehouse activities - purchase orders, shipping bills and invoices.
- Prepare reports on warehouse indicators, material consumption and balances.
- Record material discrepancies, deficiencies, defects or damage in the accounting.
- Participate in inventories and warehouse balance reconciliations.
- Cooperate with colleagues from the warehouse, production and other departments, ensuring the smooth movement of information and materials.
- Contribute to the planning of warehouse activities, setting task priorities and improving processes.
- Comply with the procedures, quality, employee safety and other requirements established in the company.
We hope you:
- You have experience in warehouse accounting, warehouse management, supply chain or similar field.
- You are able to work carefully and accurately with data and documents.
- You are able to use a computer and MS Office programs, especially Excel.
- You are organized, know how to set priorities and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- You are able to work both independently and in a team.
- You are responsible, proactive and attentive to details.
- You are willing to learn, deepen your professional knowledge and contribute to the improvement of processes.
- Experience working with warehouse management or other internal company systems.
- Experience participating in inventories and managing warehouse balances.
- Knowledge of English.
- Ability to understand the specifics of stored materials and storage requirements.
