Nature of work:
- Receipt and accounting of goods in the Rivilė system.
- Receipt of supplier invoices and their registration in the BSS system.
- Control of warehouse balances and ensuring the accuracy of accounting data.
- Administration and control of goods movement documents.
- Preparation and submission of Intrastat reports.
- Preparation and submission of GPAIS reports every quarter.
- Archiving and processing of documents in accordance with established requirements.
- Organization of inventories and analysis of results.
- Scanning and administration of driver card data.
- Cooperation with carriers and transport service providers.
- Negotiations with carriers on transportation conditions and prices.
- Search for new carriers and analysis of the transport services market.
- Preparation and administration of claims to transport service providers.
- Preparation of reports and data analysis.
- Close cooperation with accounting, purchasing and logistics departments.
We hope you:
- You have work experience in warehouse accounting, logistics or transport administration.
- You have worked with the Rivilės program.
- You have the basics of accounting and understand the processes of goods accounting.
- You are able to work with Intrastat and GPAIS reports.
- You have experience in administering invoices and accounting documents.
- You are able to analyze data and solve problems.
- You have good communication and negotiation skills.
- You are diligent, responsible and result-oriented.
