WAREHOUSE WORKER – E-COMMERCE ORDERS PICKING AND PACKING

We are a clothing and accessories wholesale company that cooperates with famous brands and designers from all over the world. We are looking for someone to join our warehouse team who works quickly and accurately, confidently uses a computer and responsibly supervises the tasks entrusted to him.

The majority of the work consists of assembling and packing goods. Working with a computer and using English is a daily part of this position. Experience in similar work is required.

Regular work schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00-17:00, with the possibility of working 7:30-16:30.

Full-time work, one shift.

Assembling clothing, accessories and other products according to orders, checking product codes, sizes, colors and quantities.

You will check the condition of the goods, separate defective goods and prepare orders for shipment.

You will pack shipments, prepare shipping documents and labels.

You will manage order information, shipment tracking numbers and order statuses in internal systems.

You will place goods in their designated warehouse locations and accurately register their location in the system.

You will check the remaining goods, participate in inventories, and if you notice any discrepancies, you will discuss them with the team.

You will maintain order in the warehouse and, as needed, help colleagues perform other warehouse tasks.

The priority of the work is to prepare orders accurately and on time. When there are fewer orders, we place goods in warehouse locations, check the remaining goods and organize. With a high flow of orders, the pace of work is intense.

The work is active and physical. The weight of packaged shipments is from 1 to 30 kg.

Similar work experience: in a warehouse, order picking, e-commerce order fulfillment or in the area of product accounting, where accuracy and responsibility for goods were important.

Strong computer skills: you are able to independently find information, accurately enter and check data, work with files and understand a new system.

English language skills for daily work: you understand product names, categories and work information, you can read and write messages to colleagues. All communication in the Slack channel takes place in English.

Fast and accurate work: you maintain attention to detail even when the flow of orders increases.

Logical thinking and responsibility: you notice discrepancies, check them and inform the team in a timely manner.

Independence after training: after completing orders, you move on to arranging goods and managing the warehouse according to agreed priorities.

We will train you to work with our internal systems. Computer skills and sufficient English language skills are required to start work.

We will appreciate your suggestions on how to reduce errors, complete work faster, and improve daily processes.

1700-1900 €/mon. gross
Salary will depend on the results and competencies achieved
