Your responsibilities:
- Perform various tasks in the Warehouse (e.g., transportation, counting, packing bicycles, packing their accessories into boxes and attaching them to the product, picking orders, unpacking, loading).
- Participate in process optimization initiatives, make suggestions.
- Follow established policies, procedures and values at work.
- Comply with all safety and health requirements.
- Be a good team player, help others.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the team leader or department manager.
This job requires:
- Diligence, attention to detail.
- Work experience in a warehouse is a great advantage, but we will teach those without experience everything.
- Experience driving a forklift (advantage).
- Ability to work according to established procedures and instructions at work.
- Willingness to participate in process improvement projects, to offer ideas (knowledge of LEAN concepts, methods and techniques is an advantage).
- Communicative skills when working with colleagues, result-oriented.
- Knowledge of the Lithuanian language (verbal and written).
