💥WAREHOUSE WORKER - Forklift driver💥

We are looking for a warehouse worker for our central warehouse in Vilnius.
Our warehouse is an important part of the company. Goods arrive here, from here they travel to customers, craftsmen, stores and projects. If the warehouse works well, the whole company moves faster, more orderly and calmly.
We are looking for someone who understands that a warehouse is not just “loading and unloading”. This is a place where order, accuracy, responsibility and communication with the team are very important.
Let's put it in human terms: we have everything. There is order, currently there is more disorder. There are processes that work, and there are more places that still need to be sorted out. But we believe that with desire, intelligence and a good team, everything can be done better.
Therefore, we are not looking for someone who will come just to “stay for hours”, but someone who wants to contribute, sees the work and understands that his hands and head are really important in the warehouse.

What will you need to do?
Your daily responsibilities:
unload and load goods with a forklift;
verify incoming goods with accompanying documents;
assemble goods according to customer and internal orders;
load orders for customers, couriers or transport;
record packaging damage;
check the quality of goods;
carry out the goods return process;
maintain rented equipment and prepare it for rental;
maintain order in the warehouse;
notice where things can be done better, simpler or neater.
In short: you will need to work physically, think, be attentive and help the warehouse operate in a way that the team can trust.

Responsibility. Goods must leave correctly, on time and in good condition. Every mistake costs time, money and nerves.
Honesty. Trust is important to us. In a warehouse, this is one of the most important qualities.
Quick-witted. Sometimes there are many things going on at the same time: goods arrive, orders need to be loaded, documents need to be checked and situations need to be resolved on the spot.
Teamwork. A warehouse is not a one-man island. You will need to talk to colleagues, sales, supply, drivers and managers.
Humanity. We want someone who is good to work with. The so-called “appearance” at work means a lot — it often answers whether a person wants to go to work or not.
Desire. If a person wants, he learns. If a person wants, he does. If a person wants, even a mess becomes manageable.

• Similar work and forklift driving experience would be an advantage;
• Tidiness, honesty, responsibility and independence;
• Ability to perform several tasks at once;
• Quick orientation and physical endurance.
