Nature of work
- Unloading and loading of goods manually and using warehouse equipment in accordance with the qualifications and permits granted;
- Acceptance of received goods, checking the quantity and visual condition according to accompanying documents;
- Sorting of goods by categories, brands, batches and designated storage locations;
- Placing goods on shelves, racks and other designated warehouse areas;
- Collecting orders, counting goods and checking the accuracy of assembly;
- Packing, labeling and preparing goods for shipment;
- Transferring prepared orders and pallets to loading areas and loading into vehicles;
- Monitoring the expiration dates of goods, packaging damage and storage conditions, informing about any discrepancies;
- Participation in inventories, checking the balance of goods and recording discrepancies;
- Working with a goods scanner and registering data in the warehouse accounting system according to the established procedure;
- Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the warehouse premises, workplace and tools used;
- Performing tasks assigned by the warehouse manager according to the scope of duties, cooperating with the team and complying with employee safety requirements.
Employee requirements
- Good physical health and endurance – the work requires physical activity and strength;
- Tidiness, diligence, attentiveness, ability to work qualitatively even with a high workload;
- Quick orientation, ability to quickly respond to changing situations;
- Work experience in warehousing or logistics – at least 1 year (advantage);
- Knowledge of warehouse work principles and goods movement processes;
- Responsible attitude to work, punctuality, reliability;
- Attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work independently and in a team, in close cooperation with the warehouse manager;
- Willingness to learn and improve, interest in products and new technologies;
- Activity, positivity, openness to new solutions and initiatives;
- Efficiency, rational approach to tasks and responsibility for assets;
- Ability to work at a fast pace, be flexible and adapt to changing tasks;
- Forklift driver's license is an advantage, but we also consider applications from candidates without this license.
