Warehouse worker (material warehouse)

NARBUTAS is currently looking for a warehouse worker whose purpose is to ensure efficient receipt, storage, selection and loading of goods, in compliance with internal logistics standards and occupational safety requirements.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES:

• Ensure that orders are accurately selected and prepared for delivery.
• Use various systems (e.g. scanners, computer programs) and assemble goods according to the established procedure.
• Thoroughly inspect goods before shipment, ensure that the order is assembled correctly.
• Reliably and safely load prepared orders into vehicles, in compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Ensure that goods can be unloaded easily and quickly at the destination.
• Ensure order in the warehouse so that employees can quickly complete their tasks and avoid errors.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments.

SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL REQUIRE:

• Responsibility, diligence, attention to detail.
• Ability to work with scanners.
• Teamwork skills.
• Ability to effectively plan your time to ensure that tasks are completed on time and accurately.

• Stable working time organization - shift work schedule (Monday–Friday, 6:00–14:30 / 14:30–23:00), weekends off, cumulative working time accounting is applied.

SALARY:

Hourly wage: 8.86 - 11.35 €/hour excluding taxes.
Average monthly wage: 1478 - 2178 €/month excluding taxes. The maximum possible wage amount is achieved together with paid bonuses, which depend on the results achieved and the hours actually worked.

Category I: 8.86 - 9.09 €/hour (average monthly salary: 1478 - 1516 €/month excluding taxes.

Category II: 9.31 - 10.03 €/hour (average monthly salary: 1553 - 1673 €/month excluding taxes.

Category III: 10.28 - 10.80 €/hour (average monthly salary: 1715 - 1802 €/month excluding taxes.

Category IV: 11.07 - 11.35 €/hour (average monthly salary: 1847 - 1894 €/month excluding taxes.

Final salary Salary will depend on experience and qualifications.
