Your responsibilities will be:

• Ensure smooth warehouse operations and effectively manage the flows of raw materials, packaging and production;
• Lead the warehouse team: plan work, allocate tasks and control their execution and quality;
• Manage stocks, organize inventories and ensure accurate accounting;
• Ensure accurate accounting of warehouse operations in information systems and documentation management;
• Ensure compliance with labor, food safety (HACCP) and quality requirements;
• Analyze performance results, make suggestions for streamlining processes and cooperate with other departments.

We hope that you:

• Have a higher education;
• You are responsible, organized and results-oriented;
• You have accumulated experience in leading a team and you are excellent at communicating with employees and developing them;
• Have experience working with accounting or ERP systems;
• Have excellent organizational and communication skills, analytical thinking;
• Have good computer skills (MS Office) and good English and Russian language skills (written and spoken).

We will consider it an advantage if:

• You are able to work with Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• You have similar work experience (leading a team in production or in the food production field).
