Warehouse and Logistics Specialist

Our company is a stable and growing Lithuanian electrical components factory, successfully operating since 2011. We work in a modern factory, where special attention is paid to the well-being, health and safety of employees. The team is small, friendly and cooperative.

Nature of work
Order acceptance, administration and execution control.
Preparation of orders for production or assembly from warehouse residues.
Packaging and loading of goods (up to 30 kg); organization of loading, preparation of documents (VAT invoices, waybills), calling couriers.
Accounting for packaging and waste flows.
Receiving, storing, selecting and issuing goods.
Issuing raw materials for production, writing off and receiving the proceeds of manufactured products.
Effective management of warehouse flows and resources.
Checking residues and providing information to production and supply departments.
Planning and execution of inventories.
Ordering and ensuring the supply of equipment necessary for the company's operations.
Maintaining order and safety in the warehouse, etc.

Education
Higher or higher education (in logistics, production or administration fields - an advantage).

Work experience
At least 1 year of experience in materials / production planning, purchasing, logistics or a similar field.
Experience working with production management or accounting programs is preferred.

Computer skills
Good MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) skills.
Experience working with the accounting program used in the company - an advantage.
Ability to accurately enter data into IT systems.

Languages
Lithuanian - a must.
Russian - an advantage.
English and Polish - an advantage.

Personal qualities
Responsibility, diligence, independence.
Ability to organize one's work and meet deadlines.

Other requirements
Category B driver's license - an advantage.
Ability to perform physical loading work (up to 30 kg).
