Primary responsibilities
- Effectively organize the daily activities of the warehouse and logistics, ensuring the reception, storage, unloading and delivery of goods;
- Evaluate and optimize warehouse processes in order to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs;
- Lead a team of warehouse and logistics workers, plan tasks, motivate and develop the team to achieve the highest standards of efficiency;
- Ensure that warehouse processes meet quality, hygiene and safety requirements;
- Cooperate with other departments of the company (purchases, sales, etc.) in order to ensure smooth movement of goods;
- Solve the problems that have arisen and ensure their prompt solution, in order to minimize operational disruptions;
Employee requirements
At least 3 years of warehouse and logistics manager experience
Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve common goals;
Excellent planning and activity management skills, responsibility, analytical thinking;
Good computer skills (MS Office: Excel, ...);
Strong skills in human resource management
