We are looking for a responsible, organized and practical person who would be responsible for accounting for the company's material assets, maintenance of cars and tools, resolving employee accommodation issues and smooth daily management of the economy at our facilities in Sweden.

We are looking for a responsible, organized and practical person who would be responsible for accounting for the company's material assets, maintenance of cars and tools, resolving employee accommodation issues and smooth daily management of the economy at our facilities in Sweden.
Job description:
- Material assets management: receiving, issuing, maintaining, checking balances and accurate accounting of the company's work tools, vehicles and other assets.
- Employee accommodation coordination: prompt resolution of minor daily economic and household problems related to the company's employees' housing in Sweden.
- Documentation administration: managing documents related to asset accounting, cars and employee accommodation and providing information to the manager.
- Ensuring order: maintaining warehouse premises and maintaining general order.
- Fleet maintenance: coordination of fleet operation and monitoring of the technical condition of vehicles.
We hope you:
- You speak English (verbally and in writing) - this is essential for communicating in Sweden and solving local economic issues.
- You are responsible, organized and able to make decisions and plan your tasks independently.
- You are practical, not afraid of various economic and organizational tasks.
- You have good computer skills (for data entry, reports and document administration).
- You have a category B driver's license.
- You are ready to work on a rotational schedule (8 weeks in Sweden / 2 weeks in Lithuania).
- We will consider: warehouse management, car maintenance or similar economic work experience as an advantage.
