About us
UAB Baltics Medical is a medical device distribution company operating in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. We represent world-class manufacturers in the fields of cardiology, electrophysiology and peripheral interventions. We are also developing the e-commerce project OmegaLab.
We are looking for a diligent and organized person who would become the "engine" of our office and warehouse - from receiving goods to delivering the shipment to the client.

Your main tasks:
Warehouse work (medical devices)
OmegaLab (e-store)
- Receiving goods – checking received goods against the shipping bill: quantities, codes, series (LOT), expiration dates; integrity check of packages (including sterile ones), recording of discrepancies
- Placing goods according to storage conditions and the FEFO principle (first in – shortest shelf life)
- Order picking – assembling goods according to order, carefully checking names and codes
- Packing and shipping – secure packaging, inserting documents, handing over the shipment to the courier
- Delivery to the customer (as needed)
- Inventory control – monitoring of balances and expiration dates, maintaining order in the warehouse
OmegaLab (e-store)
- Order preparation and shipment of shipments
- Balance tracking and communication with suppliers
- Accounting for marketing materials (packaging, stickers, postcards, etc.)
- At a later stage – assistance in customer service (by phone, email) and accounting processes (Shopify)
What do we expect from you:
- Attention to detail – we work with medical devices, where the accuracy of codes, series and expiration dates is critical
- Responsibility and independence – ability to organize your work without constant supervision
- Basic computer skills (order systems, e-mail; experience with e-commerce – an advantage)
- Lithuanian; English (at least B1) – for communication with suppliers
- Driver's license (Cat. B).
- Experience in a warehouse, logistics or e-commerce – an advantage, but not a necessity. The most important thing is diligence and a desire to learn
