Nature of work:
- Organization and supervision of warehouse processes
- Deputy warehouse and logistics manager
- Management of raw material flows between warehouses
- Planning and prioritizing shift work
- Motivating the team, developing and training new employees
- Organizing inventory and resolving discrepancies
- Ensuring warehouse order, safety and the FIFO principle
- Filling out documentation and accounting for working hours
- Participating in process improvement (Lean)
- Collaborating with internal and external partners
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in warehouse/supply chain
- Experience in warehouse processes, planning and work organization
- Professional or higher education
- Ability to delegate tasks, control their implementation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to solve problems / make decisions independently.
- Forklift driver's license.
- Computer skills.
- English language skills required
