Nature of work:
- the employee is responsible for the appropriate composition of the team and the team's competencies;
- to organize the work of his team (drawing up work schedules, distributing tasks to responsible persons);
- to maintain proper communication within the team;
- to monitor the efficiency and quality of employee activities, to establish the reporting form and rules and to ensure their compliance;
- the warehouse coordinator is responsible for the appropriateness of the documentation of the warehouse and warehouse employees in accordance with the procedure established by the company;
- to be responsible for the issuance and control of IT equipment, safety measures at work, work clothes to warehouse employees;
- to analyze warehouse costs and control them;
- to analyze warehouse performance indicators and constantly improve them;
- to optimize warehouse operating costs;
- to prepare the necessary reports for the immediate supervisor in a timely and appropriate manner.
Requirements:
- higher education (required);
- at least 1 year of work experience in a similar position;
- good knowledge of MS Office;
- good knowledge of English (speaking, writing);
- at least 1 year of work experience in a similar position.
