We are currently looking for someone who would help ensure smooth warehouse work, coordinate the team and not be afraid of dynamic everyday life.

What will you do in this position?

  • You will organize daily warehouse activities and coordinate a team of 3-4 employees.
  • You will ensure timely supply of raw materials for production and smooth movement of production.
  • You will supervise and be responsible for the receipt, issuance, accounting and balances of goods.
  • You will take care of order in both documents and the warehouse environment.
  • You will cooperate with production, management and other departments.
  • You will contribute to improving processes, inventory management and more efficient work organization.
  • You will help the team practically - for us, not only coordination is important, but also the work performed.

This position is right for you if:

  • You are organized, you quickly grasp situations and are able to plan work.
  • You like order and notice details - both in documents and warehouse processes.
  • You are able to work in a dynamic environment, especially during the season, when the pace of work is higher.
  • You have good communication skills and understand that a strong result is born in a team.
  • You take your work responsibly, you keep agreements and can be a person the team trusts.
  • You know or want to learn how to work with a forklift and palletizing equipment.
  • You are "friendly" with accounting and understand why accurate balances and documents in the warehouse are very important.
  • You are proactive, you are not afraid to take responsibility and you look for solutions, not blame.
  • You have a good sense of humor and understand that a good atmosphere at work is also an important part of everyday life.

Salary

2200-2600 €/mon. gross
Additionally: up to 20% motivational bonuses + 25% fuel compensation for travel to/from work
