Warehouse Coordinator

Acceptance of incoming raw materials, checking their quantity and compliance with documents, quality control;
Organization of unloading and storage of incoming raw materials;
Filling in warehouse accounting (WMS / ERP system);
Organization of warehouse space ensuring efficient use of space;
Supervision of the issuance of raw materials to production workshops, monitoring raw material residues and prompt notification of discrepancies;
Carrying out periodic inventories, ensuring data accuracy;
Compliance with employee safety, health and fire safety regulations;
Maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse, taking care of the operation of work equipment;
Submission and implementation of proposals for improving activities.

Not lower than secondary education;
Work experience in the field of warehousing or logistics. Experience in a manufacturing company's warehouse is an advantage;
Experience working with WMS / ERP systems;
Knowledge of warehousing, transport, supply processes, regulatory procedures;
Responsibility, attentiveness, economy, organization, planning skills;
Ability to work in a team and achieve common results.

1500-1800 €/mon. gross
The final salary is agreed upon during the job interview, depending on the available competences and experience.
