Nature of work
- The employee is responsible for the proper composition of the team and the team's competencies;
- Organize the work of his team (drawing up work schedules, distributing tasks to responsible persons);
- Organize, maintain proper and high-quality communication within the company;
- Monitor the efficiency and quality of employee activities, establish the reporting form and rules and ensure their compliance;
- The warehouse coordinator is responsible for the appropriateness of the warehouse and warehouse employee documentation in accordance with the procedure established by the company;
- Responsible for IT equipment, safety measures at work, work clothes, their issuance and control to warehouse employees;
- Analyze warehouse costs and control them;
- Analyze warehouse performance indicators and continuously improve them;
- Optimize warehouse operating costs;
- Prepare the necessary reports to the immediate supervisor in a timely and appropriate manner.
We hope you
- Higher education;
- At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Good knowledge of English (speaking, writing).
