Staticus is a facade contractor, carrying out projects in Northern Europe, the United Kingdom and Lithuania. Our warehouse supplies the production with all the necessary materials: profiles, sheet metal products, glass, panels, fittings, etc. We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Coordinator. This person will coordinate the work of a small team and ensure that materials reach production on time, accurately and with high quality.
Salary: €2,600–3,000 / month excluding taxes (€1,580–1,800 / month “on hand”). The exact amount depends on your experience and skills.
Working hours: Mon–Fri, 6:30–15:00. Weekends free.

Future responsibilities:
- Present the team's results from the previous day at daily warehouse meetings.
- Identify risks in advance and not only identify problems, but also propose solutions to them.
- Coordinate daily warehouse work: receiving, storing, picking and issuing materials.
- Actively work on operational work together with the team.
- Distribute daily tasks and monitor their implementation.
- Check material quantities, quality and documents.
- Ensure that the balances in the system match the actual ones and participate in inventories.
- Collaborate with production, logistics and supply teams.
- Maintain order and work safety in the warehouse.
What to expect:
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of warehouse, production or logistics.
- Experience in coordinating work or a team.
- Good Excel skills and experience working with scanners and warehouse systems.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Lithuanian, both written and spoken, and English language knowledge at least at B1 level.
- Attentiveness, proactivity and ability to solve problems quickly.
