We are inviting a Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in Vilnius. In this position, you will not be just a small cog in a large system - you will become an important part of the team in a dynamic environment where everyone's contribution matters.

JOB DESCRIPTION: WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
We are inviting a Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in Vilnius. In this position, you will not be just a small cog in a large system - you will become an important part of the team in a dynamic environment where everyone's contribution matters.
This job is meaningful. By ensuring the smooth movement of components, materials and products, you will contribute to the development and production of advanced laser systems that strengthen the technological independence and defense capabilities of Lithuania and Europe.
IN THIS POSITION YOU:
- Organize the receipt, storage, assembly and release of components, materials and products for production.
- Ensure accurate warehouse accounting and data compliance in the business management system.
- Conduct regular inventories and ensure the accuracy of inventory.
- Oversee the labeling, grouping and storage of goods according to established standards.
- Collaborate with purchasing, production and engineering teams to ensure smooth supply of materials.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and provide suggestions to increase the efficiency of warehouse operations.
- Take responsibility for the accounting and security of materials, components and equipment entrusted to you.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory management or manufacturing environment.
- You are meticulous, organized and precision-oriented.
- Able to effectively plan your work and independently solve daily tasks.
- Have good computer skills and are able to work with accounting or business management systems.
- You are responsible for results and understand the importance of quality and order.
- Able to communicate fluently in Lithuanian; have very good knowledge of English.
- Want to contribute to a meaningful mission and see the direct result of your work in creating advanced technologies.

COMPENSATION
1900 – 2400 EUR gross. The final salary offer will depend on your competencies and professional experience.
