We are looking for an experienced manager who is able to ensure effective warehouse operations management, develop team leaders and initiate process improvement solutions. In this position, it is important not only to smoothly organize daily activities, but also to analyze results, look for improvement opportunities and implement changes.
Your responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate daily warehouse activities: ensure that the main processes (receiving goods, warehousing, picking) run smoothly and with high quality, use resources efficiently and achieve set goals.
- Ensure work discipline and compliance with performance standards.
- Manage team leaders, develop their managerial competencies, strengthen their independence and responsibility for results.
- Analyze performance indicators (KPIs), assess productivity, quality and operational efficiency, look for inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Initiate and implement process optimization solutions that would increase productivity, quality and cost efficiency.
- Ensure that tasks are completed on time, respond promptly to changing operational needs and solve daily challenges.
- Contribute to operational modernization, process digitization, automation and other efficiency improvement projects.
- Cooperate with managers of other functions to achieve common operational goals.
What do we expect from you?
- Management experience in warehousing, logistics or other intensive operational environment.
- Good knowledge of warehouse processes and practical understanding of how to organize daily activities and plan resources.
- Experience in managing large teams and developing line managers or team leaders.
- Ability to analyze operational data, work with KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in improving processes, increasing productivity and implementing operational changes.
- Leadership and initiative: ability to set clear goals, ensure that agreements are followed and achieve results in a dynamic environment.
- An additional advantage is knowledge of English and Russian.
