Kaunas - UAB „Brand Club“

Nature of work

Goods move. Orders change. Good processes help the team keep up with the pace.

Brand Club Wholesale is a growing international clothing and accessories wholesaler. We operate two warehouses in Kaunas, with a total area of about 2,000 m2. Our team of 7 prepares goods for customers in Europe and beyond.

We are looking for an experienced manager who would organize daily warehouse activities, develop the team and create reliable work processes. We will see the result of your decisions in more accurately prepared orders, reliable inventory data, smoother movement of goods and more independent team work.

Hands-on involvement is important to us. We expect you to carry out existing processes yourself to understand their progress and shortcomings, test improvements in practice and train the team. In critical cases of staff shortages, you will also need to contribute to warehouse work.

Job Description

Team management. You will manage 7 employees, allocate tasks and responsibilities, train the team and ensure that agreed work standards are consistently applied.

Daily planning. You will coordinate priorities with the sales team, organize the workload according to customer needs, order deadlines and warehouse capacities. You will independently solve daily operational issues.

Preparation of goods and order fulfillment. You will organize receiving, sorting, quality category determination, formation of mixed batches of goods, scanning, picking, packaging and shipping according to customer requirements.

Inventory accuracy and traceability. You will ensure proper registration, labeling, storage and movement accounting of goods from receipt to shipment. You will organize inventories, clarify the causes of discrepancies and eliminate them. Together with the sales team, you will ensure the correct assignment of goods to orders, compliance with reservations and control of order changes.

Process development and improvement. You will implement clear work procedures, rules for addressing storage locations and goods movement. You will eliminate unnecessary actions and causes of recurring errors and ensure that improvements become part of daily work.

Performance and quality management. You will set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for tasks, assess work productivity, the number of errors and order preparation time. You will improve results while maintaining quality and inventory accuracy.

Systems and automation. You will define business needs, improve the use of ERP / WMS systems and barcode scanning. Together with colleagues responsible for systems or external partners, you will implement coordinated improvements and look for opportunities to reduce manual work.

Logistics and relocation projects. You will coordinate pallet preparation, shipment documentation and container loading. You will plan and organize the transfer of warehouse activities to other premises, storage locations and movement of goods, ensuring the continuity of daily work.
