We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager for a full-time position at the Utena Brewery warehouse. This is a great opportunity for those who want to achieve more and start their career within the Carlsberg Group.
What awaits you?
- Warehouse process analysis, optimization and efficiency improvement
- Warehouse team management: goal setting, performance monitoring, feedback
- Work planning, task allocation and execution control
- Preparation of warehouse activity reports and proposing solutions based on data analysis
- Participation in budget planning, cost control and project implementation
- Planning of maintenance and renovation of storage equipment and premises
- Organization of storage of material assets and inventories
- Ensuring and improving compliance with work safety requirements
What do we expect?
- Higher or higher education (preferably in the fields of logistics, analytics, engineering)
- Ability to understand the processes behind the numbers, provide conclusions, insights and recommendations for improving and making the warehouse and the entire logistics department more efficient
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office environment, priority Excel)
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian (verbal and written), English (intermediate)
- Knowledge of Russian would be considered an advantage
- Responsibility, duty, motivation, initiative
