We are looking for a leader who would ensure the smooth execution of warehouse processes and would strive to grow his own and the team's competencies!
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Smooth organization of warehouse work (receiving, selecting, preparing for shipment, inventory, etc.).
- Team formation, motivation, training.
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in the warehouse and auxiliary premises.
- Leadership through example and working together with the team.
Employee requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse as a team leader.
- Experience with warehouse management programs or other accounting programs.
- Ability to build and motivate a team for effective work.
- Responsible attitude to work.
- Ability to delve into processes and constantly look for ways to improve them.
