Join the Utena Brewery Logistics Team! We are looking for a responsible and proactive Shift Leader who will organize daily warehouse work, coordinate team activities, and ensure smooth execution of goods collection and warehousing processes. If you like a dynamic work environment, are able to make decisions, and motivate the team to achieve common goals – we are waiting for you in our team.
What awaits you?
- You will manage a team of 16-18 employees and ensure smooth work of the shift.
- You will organize the activities of the goods assembly and racking areas and coordinate daily processes.
- You will be where the action is - you will spend most of your time in the warehouse together with the team, solving operational challenges.
- You will monitor performance indicators, ensure work quality, productivity and results.
- You will look for opportunities to improve processes and contribute to more efficient warehouse operations.
- You will work with modern warehouse management systems (WMS, SAP).
- You will develop team members, train new employees and strengthen their involvement.
- You will take care of a safe, tidy and high-quality working environment.
What do we expect?
- Have a higher or vocational education.
- You are familiar with logistics and warehousing processes.
- You are good at working with a computer, you know how to use MS Office programs, WMS or SAP systems.
- You are able to plan work, set priorities and organize team activities.
- You are distinguished by leadership, responsibility and initiative.
- You have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- You are ready to work in a dynamic environment and make quick decisions.
- You have experience in leading a team or similar work (we will consider this an advantage).
