We are looking for a Warehouse Shift Manager to ensure the smooth process of receiving, storing and issuing goods. This position involves organizing the team's work, improving processes and ensuring efficiency at the Coca-Cola HBC warehouse in Varėna.
Your new responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate the work of warehouse employees during the shift
- Ensure the smoothness of the processes of receiving, storing and issuing goods
- Control warehouse balances and ensure their accuracy
- Conduct employee instruction and training
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety and quality standards
- Contribute to the improvement and efficiency of warehouse processes
Or you?
- Have similar work experience in logistics or warehousing
- Have experience in leading a team
- You are responsible, organized and result-oriented
- You know how to work with a computer (MS Office, warehouse management systems)
- You are fluent in Lithuanian (we would consider knowledge of English or Polish an advantage)
