We are looking for a manager who will be the master of their shift: together with the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that goods are received, assembled and shipped. You will be able to make decisions quickly and ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse.
You will be responsible for:
- organization and coordination of work of a shift (30-60 employees);
- team management, development and motivation;
- operative problem solving;
- report preparation, analysis, ensuring efficiency;
- maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse.
We appreciate your:
- experience in leading a team;
- motivation for daily tasks;
- organization, ability to set priorities and delegate tasks;
- initiative and desire to improve processes;
- good computer skills (MS Excel);
- ability to work on a flexible schedule.
