Varle.lt – one of the largest Lithuanian e-commerce platforms – is looking for a HR Manager who will ensure that the logistics department always has the right number of motivated people working. This is an independent position where you will work close to the warehouse team and closely cooperate with the HR manager and office colleagues. We are looking for someone who likes a fast pace, is good at administration and feels good among people.

- Recruitment and selection of employees. You will understand the needs of the teams, prepare advertisements, review CVs, conduct job interviews and select the most suitable candidates for warehouse positions.
- Welcoming and introducing newcomers. You will initiate and coordinate recruitment (office colleagues will take care of the formalization of contracts), prepare the workplace, access and tools, and help them integrate smoothly.
- Supervision of the hiring of temporary workers. You will coordinate the need with the warehouse management, organize hiring through platforms (Workis, Workabit) and monitor the results of the entire project.
- Accounting for warehouse equipment. You will supervise equipment related to employee supply.
- Personnel administration. You will fill in schedules and shifts in the system, manage documentation, conduct performance evaluation and exit interviews, and analyze the reasons for turnover.
- Collaboration. You will work closely with warehouse teams (senior warehousemen, shift managers) and with the office - accounting and personnel colleagues.
What to expect:
- 2-3 years of experience in personnel selection, ideally in the hiring of warehouse or production workers.
- Organization and ability to work harmoniously with several processes at the same time.
- Good contact with people - empathy, smooth feedback and calm resolution of problems.
- Basics of labor relations and IT literacy (office programs, cloud solutions; knowledge of BSS personnel system - an advantage).
- Emotional resilience in high-paced work.
