📝YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring smooth organization of internal warehouse processes and transfer of work between shifts
- Contribution to the improvement of warehouse processes and increasing efficiency
- Monitoring, control and maintenance of product balances
- Data verification in systems, identification and resolution of discrepancies, investigation of incidents that occurred
- Coordination and control of internal movement of goods in the warehouse, ensuring smooth and timely transfer of goods between warehouse areas and workplaces
- Working with warehouse employees: task distribution, information transfer and workflow coordination.
- Cooperation with other departments of the company, in order to ensure smooth movement of goods and efficient processes
- Working with "Equinox VISION" and other internal programs and systems of the company
🎯WE HOPE THAT YOU:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in coordinating warehouse processes, receiving and picking goods
- Be able to control stock and balances of goods and organize inventories
- Have experience in people management and team coordination, be able to organize and control the work of warehouse employees
- Have worked with warehouse management programs (an advantage – with "Equinox VISION")
- Be able to identify, analyze and solve problems related to warehouse processes
- Be proactive and responsible
- Be able to use a computer and have knowledge of English
