BOD Lenses is looking for a Warehouse Manager who will organize daily warehouse operations, lead the team, and contribute to process improvement.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Organization and coordination of warehouse activities;
- Supervision of production and material flows: sorting, storage, assembly, issuing and dispatch;
- Inventory monitoring, inventory, analysis of shortages and excess inventory;
- Organization of teamwork, task distribution and development of employee competencies;
- Compliance with occupational safety and established requirements;
- Process improvement and implementation of new solutions.
WE HOPE YOU:
- Have at least 2 years of warehouse management experience;
- Know how to organize team work and ensure results;
- Able to make decisions and solve problems;
- Have strong analytical skills and provide reasonable improvement suggestions;
- Know LEAN principles and apply them at work.
