Nature of work
- Organization and coordination of daily warehouse activities;
- Control of product balances and ensuring accounting accuracy;
- Optimization of warehouse processes and implementation of a new internal system;
- Organization and coordination of the work of a warehouse team (8 employees);
- Active participation in daily warehouse activities, including performing operational warehouse work when needed;
- Providing suggestions for improving the efficiency of operations.
Working hours: weekdays, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education;
- Successful work experience in managing warehouse processes;
- Experience in leading a team (employee planning, task allocation, ensuring results);
- Good organizational and time management skills;
- Fluency in English and Russian (for communication with drivers);
- Forklift driver's license is an advantage.
The company offers
- Fixed salary of 1600 - 2200 euros/month "in hand", depending on experience;
- Additional benefits, 100 - 500 euros/month "in hand" and more, depending on results;
