WAREHOUSE MANAGER • ELECTRONICS MANUFACTURING

We are currently inviting an experienced and ambitious Warehouse Manager to join our growing team in Vilnius, Svylos g. 16.

Our devices are developed and assembled in Teltonika's electronics manufacturing units - from prototypes to large-scale serial production. Using advanced automation and robotics, we turn any complex idea into a fully developed product.

In this position, you will:

• You will develop the warehouse work process, participate in the development and implementation of internal warehouse management systems.
• You will be responsible for ensuring the warehouse work processes: receiving, labeling, storing, assembling, issuing materials for production and preparing the final product for transportation.
• You will be responsible for team formation, employee development, motivation and involvement in the implemented changes.
• You will cooperate with other departments of the company, solving various issues;
• You will ensure the compliance of accounting and physical balances (coordinate monthly, annual inventory, submit reports).
• You will contribute to the creation of a modern, robotic and automated warehouse.
• You will organize the maintenance of warehouse order in accordance with the requirements of the 5S standard.

What we expect from you:

• Higher or higher education.
• At least 2 years of experience in the manufacturing sector based on leadership and educational leadership methods (warehouse management experience will be considered an advantage).
• Understanding and practical application of warehouse management KPIs, Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, problem solving).
• English language skills at B1 level or higher.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience with the accounting program "Rivile" (will be considered an advantage).

Salary

We value everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches your skills and competence. The salary for this position is from 18 Eur/hr. to 25 Eur/hr. * (~3024 Eur - 4200 Eur) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence.

• The employment contract indicates a fixed hourly salary excluding taxes.
