Your responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize and control the daily activities of the pharmaceutical warehouse, ensuring compliance with legal acts and quality procedures;
  • Ensure the safe receipt, storage, traceability and issuance of pharmaceuticals and other regulated products;
  • Manage inventories, documentation and data accuracy;
  • Control customs processes (import / export) and participate in audits;
  • Lead the warehouse team to plan work, delegate responsibilities, motivate and develop employees;
  • Analyze performance indicators and initiate efficiency improvement solutions.

We hope you:

  • Have at least 2 years of warehouse management experience;
  • You have excellent knowledge of GMP requirements and quality management principles;
  • Understand the responsibility when working with regulated products;
  • Able to work effectively with a team - clearly delegate, motivate and ensure results;
  • Able to analyze processes and make decisions;
  • You are structured, responsible and focused on quality.
