Nature of work
Join our team and become an important part of the supply and production chain. In this position, you will be responsible for organizing warehouse operations, inventory management and process efficiency - from daily operational activities to its improvement and optimization.

- Organize and ensure smooth warehouse operation (material receipt, storage, issuance);
- Manage inventory, ensure its accounting accuracy and optimal level;
- Plan warehouse workloads and coordinate team activities;
- Analyze warehouse performance indicators (KPIs), identify efficiency improvement opportunities;
- Ensure compliance of warehouse processes with safety, quality and internal procedures;
- Participate in process optimization, digitalization and system improvement initiatives;
- Cooperate with supply, logistics and production departments.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education (in logistics, engineering or technical field);
- Experience in warehouse organization or logistics;
- Experience working with accounting and warehouse management systems (e.g. SAP) is an advantage;
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Ability to plan, organize work and manage a team;
- Analytical thinking, ability to solve problems and make decisions;
- Responsibility, initiative and result orientation;
- Category B driver's license (forklift / crane licenses are an advantage).
