About the position:
As our company grows and implements a modern warehouse management system (WMS), we are looking for a "hard hand" and a fanatic of order. We don't just need a supervisor - we are looking for a "playing coach" who is not afraid of work himself, but at the same time is able to manage a team of 2-3 people and be responsible for making sure that everything in the warehouse runs like a Swiss watch.
Nature of work:
- Coordination of the daily work of the warehouse team (2-3 people) and distribution of tasks;
- Personal responsibility for the warehouse order and optimal use of space, adherence to processes and accurate product balances;
- Active participation in warehouse operations (receiving, sorting, selecting, packing goods);
- Ensuring that accurate and intact orders are sent to customers.
Employee requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehousing/logistics. Advantage: warehouse manager position;
- Leadership and demandingness: ability not only to work well yourself, but also to demand responsibility from team members and ensure smooth warehouse operation;
- Strong sense of responsibility and strict order requirements from yourself and colleagues;
- Receptiveness to technology (working with warehouse programs / scanner);
- Category B driver's license;
- Great advantage: Electrical engineering knowledge (lighting connection, minor repairs).
