We are looking for an proactive, responsible and leader-like Warehouse Manager who would ensure smooth daily warehouse operations, rally the team around common goals, and contribute to the improvement and growth of operational processes.

Your responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and control daily warehouse activities;
- Analyze existing processes, initiate and implement operational efficiency solutions;
- Ensure high quality and efficiency of warehouse operations;
- Lead the team, take care of its motivation, development and achievement of results;
- Create smooth communication between team members and other company departments;
- Analyze performance indicators, prepare reports and provide insights to management;
- Ensure a safe, orderly and efficient work environment.
The position will be a great fit for you if:
- Have experience in organizing and managing warehouse activities;
- Have worked with warehouse management systems (Equinox Vision is a big advantage);
- Have excellent command of MS Office programs;
- Able to plan, organize work and make decisions in a dynamic environment;
