About the company
Our client is a growing wholesale company operating in the Baltic States and managing a wide range of technical and operational goods. The company's activities focus on accurate warehousing, goods movement, order preparation and timely dispatch processes.

The company is currently strengthening the activities of the central warehouse in the Kaunas region and centralizing part of the warehouse operations. This is an important stage of change, the goal of which is to move to a clearer, more efficient and data-driven warehouse operating model.

What kind of manager are we looking for?
We are looking for a manager who has a good understanding of the warehouse reality - goods movement, peak periods, seasonality and team dynamics. In this position, it is important to be able to introduce clarity to the team, processes and daily agreements, and make decisions based on facts, data and performance indicators.

• successful experience in a warehouse and understanding how a dynamic warehouse environment works;
• experience in leadership, shift or team coordination;
• ability to mobilize people, listen to the team and at the same time maintain a clear division of responsibilities;
• experience in working with a warehouse management system;
• ability to make decisions based on data, indicators and facts;
• willingness to change inefficient processes, not just adapt to them;
• independence, initiative and constructiveness when working in a changing environment;
• practical level of English for everyday work situations.

We would consider experience in a fast-turnover, small goods or larger warehouse environment, where accurate processes, seasonality management and clear performance indicators are part of everyday operations, an additional advantage. If you had to practically apply Lean, 5S, Asaichi or other principles of daily operation management, this would also be an advantage.
