MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure effective management of warehouse flows and resources;
- Lead a team of 9 people – taking care of their engagement, career growth and motivation;
- In cooperation with the IT department, provide initiatives for the effective use of the ERP system, the implementation of new or existing functionalities;
- Work with external carriers and ensure smooth control of deliveries – organize transport flows, ensure punctual deliveries at competitive prices and deadlines;
- Ensure smooth communication between departments – production, sales, customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Has a university or higher education (studies in the field of logistics are an advantage);
- At least 2 years of similar work experience;
- Ability to initiate and implement changes;
- Strong orientation towards results, following agreed deadlines;
- Fluency in English;
- Leadership and team organization skills.
