Altas Auto, a European leader in minibus manufacturing, is looking for a Warehouse Manager to help drive operational efficiency and change.
We are looking for someone who can create more efficient warehouse operations, not just maintain the current order.

In this position you will have:
- Improve processes and initiate the implementation of changes.
- Participate in the implementation of warehouse management systems and AI.
- Organize team work, create and implement an employee motivation system and ensure employee development.
- Ensure and control the daily activities of warehouse operations.
- Cooperate with production, supply, management and other teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
We hope you:
- You have experience in change management – you are able to not only initiate, implement, but also manage changes.
- You have 3+ years of experience as a senior warehouse manager or warehouse manager.
- You have worked with ERP or warehouse management systems.
- You are able to delegate, motivate and develop team members.
- Results orientation, leadership and determination are qualities that you recognize in yourself.

We produce about 800 buses per year and regularly export about 90% of our production to 18 European countries, where we operate through specialized sales partners. We plan that 2026 will be another record year.
