WAREHOUSE MANAGER

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager who will take responsibility for the operations and further development of one of the most important operational units of SKUBA.

This is a position for a manager who is able not only to ensure smooth daily warehouse operations, but also to see opportunities to improve processes, increase productivity, strengthen the team and implement changes.

Manage daily warehouse operations and the team;
Ensure effective organization of goods receipt, storage, assembly, inspection, packaging and issuance;
Manage and continuously improve the main KPIs of warehouse operations – productivity, quality, error rate, labor costs and other efficiency indicators;
Analyze warehouse activity data, identify problems and initiate specific performance improvement solutions;
Standardize work organization and ensure adherence to uniform work principles;
Plan employee needs, workloads and resources;
Strengthen middle managers, clearly define responsibilities, goals and results control;
Create a strong, responsible and result-oriented team;
Ensure an effective system for introducing new employees, training and developing competencies;
Increase employee engagement and strengthen the retention of experienced employees;
Ensure a tidy, safe and efficiently organized work environment;
Initiate and implement warehouse process optimization, automation and efficiency improvement projects;
Cooperate closely with other SKUBA departments and the management team.

At least 5 years of management experience in a warehouse, logistics, distribution or other intensive operational environment;
Experience in managing a larger team and multi-level management structure;
Strong understanding of warehouse processes and their efficiency management;
Experience working with KPIs, productivity and quality indicators;
Ability to make decisions based on data;
Practical experience in process optimization and change implementation;
Ability not only to identify a problem, but also to consistently implement a solution;
Strong people management competencies - the ability to set clear expectations, provide feedback, develop and demand results;
Result orientation, responsibility and initiative;
Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.

Experience in a large distribution or logistics center;
Experience managing a team of 50+ employees;
Experience in applying Lean / Continuous Improvement / 5S or other operational efficiency methodologies;
Knowledge of WMS or other warehouse management systems;
Participation in warehouse automation or significant process transformation projects.
