Nature of work
Your responsibilities:
Organize and control warehouse activities: receiving goods, storing, picking orders, packing, shipping and processing returns.
Lead the warehouse team, plan workload, distribute tasks and ensure their execution.
Ensure accuracy of inventory accounting and timely management of warehouse documents.
Control the registration of product shortages, surpluses and other discrepancies, investigate their causes and organize a solution.
Plan and carry out inventories.
Monitor labor productivity, order fulfillment deadlines and error indicators, improve processes.
Ensure order in the warehouse and compliance with occupational safety requirements.
Cooperate with purchasing, customer service, finance and other teams.

Employee requirements
Required Requirements:
At least 3 years of managerial experience in warehousing or logistics.
Experience working with Equinos and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) applications.
Experience in e-commerce or small consignment logistics.
Ability to plan team work and manage changing order flows.
Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory accounting and document management.
Ability to analyze performance indicators, identify the causes of problems and implement solutions.
Responsibility, organization and clear communication with the team.
