About the position
We are looking for a responsible Warehouse Team Manager with leadership skills who would ensure efficient 3PL warehouse operations, process adherence, and team development.
Nature of work:
- Organize and ensure smooth receipt, storage and issuance of goods to customers.
- Ensure timely and high-quality fulfillment of customer orders.
- Control warehouse balances and inventory execution.
- Adhere to and ensure compliance with warehouse processes and internal rules.
- Manage warehouse employees of levels 2–4, distribute tasks and control their implementation.
- Evaluate employee results, develop their competencies and responsibilities.
- Organize work distribution and employee rotation as needed.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety requirements.
- Supervise the proper use of warehouse equipment (IT, forklifts, etc.) and initiate repair work.
- Prepare weekly activity reports to the direct manager.
- Provide suggestions for improving processes and increasing operational efficiency.
Employee requirements:
- At least 5 years of work experience in the field of warehousing.
- Knowledge of 3PL warehousing processes is an advantage.
- Experience in leading a team.
- Ability to plan, organize and control work.
- Ability to react quickly and make decisions in critical situations.
- Responsibility, organization and result orientation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Secondary education.
- Knowledge of English and Russian is an advantage.
