Job Description:

• Plan, organize and control daily warehouse activities: receiving, labeling, storing, picking and issuing raw materials and goods.
• Effectively manage warehouse resources, assign tasks to employees and ensure smooth execution of work processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely collection, preparation and loading of orders.
• Ensure compliance of actual and recorded inventory balances, organize inventories, analyze discrepancies and initiate measures to prevent them.
• Ensure proper use of the warehouse management system (WMS) and data accuracy.
• Participate in implementing and improving the warehouse management system and coordinate its integration with the company's accounting, in cooperation with IT specialists and system suppliers.
• Identify opportunities for automating warehouse processes, prepare needs for system improvements, participate in testing solutions and organize employee training.
• Analyze warehouse performance indicators, prepare reports and implement solutions to improve work efficiency and service quality.
• Form and develop the warehouse team, motivate employees and involve them in the implemented changes.
• Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse premises, equipment and work tools and their effective use.
• Ensure order, cleanliness and compliance with employee safety requirements in the warehouse.

Requirements related to information systems:

• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and practical experience working with them.
• Understanding of WMS integration with accounting and other systems and data movement between them.
• Ability to define warehouse operational needs, formulate tasks for IT specialists and system suppliers and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions.
• Experience in implementing or improving WMS, automating warehouse processes and implementing system integrations is an advantage.

1600-1900 €/mon. net
