Warehouse Manager | Electronics Manufacturing

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our Mechanical Warehouse team in Vilnius. (Working location in Vilnius, Gaujos st. 22)

Our devices are developed and assembled in Teltonika's electronics manufacturing departments - from prototypes to large-scale serial production. Using advanced automation and robotics, we turn any complex idea into a fully developed product.

We create all the necessary conditions for each employee to improve their skills, gain detailed knowledge about the products we manufacture, and grow professionally in every way.

In this position, you will:

• You will work 1st shift: 08:00-16:30; (5 days a week).
• You will be responsible for organizing and controlling the receipt and issuance of goods, as well as maintaining relevant accounting.
• You will be responsible for maintaining the accounting of stored goods, checking the issuance of goods.
• You will ensure smooth cooperation with colleagues from other departments in resolving issues of raw material transfer.
• You will assist warehouse employees with component labeling.
• You will provide and implement improvements in warehouse activities.
• Together with the manager, you will ensure that the warehouse is tidy and each item has its place.
• Together with the manager, you will ensure the compliance of warehouse balances (you will participate in organizing and conducting periodic warehouse inventories, analyze inventory data and submit conclusions to the manager).
• You will replace the warehouse manager during his annual vacation, ensuring uninterrupted operation of the mechanical warehouse.

What we expect from you:

• Successful analogous work experience in a warehouse for at least 1 year (in the manufacturing sector - an advantage).
• Ability to independently organize not only your own work, but also the work of other colleagues to achieve a common goal.
• Understanding of warehouse management KPIs, Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, problem solving) and work experience in these activities.
• Clear and constructive communication skills.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, especially MS Excel, Rivilė - would be an advantage)

Salary:
We value everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches your skills and competence. The salary for this position is from 13 Eur/hr. to 15 Eur/hr.* (2184 Eur – 2520 Eur per month) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence, with the possibility of receiving bonuses.
