WHAT JOB AWAITS YOU:
- Organize the process of warehousing goods in the distribution warehouse (-18 and +4)
- Organize and coordinate the work of subordinate warehouse employees
- Determine the need for new employees, conduct selections, improve the onboarding process
- Ensure teamwork and productivity of employees
- Control the receipt, flow, and loading of goods in the managed warehouse
- Organize and control the accounting of goods in the warehouse
- Organize inventories and analyze their results
- Provide ideas for optimizing warehouse activity processes
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Experience in warehouse / logistics (distribution) areas
- Knowledge of warehouse work process organization
- Leadership and work organization competencies
- Excellent computer skills (work experience in NAVISION, EQUINOX as an advantage)
- Knowledge of English and Russian as an advantage
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Ability to lead a team of up to 60 employees
