A foreign-capital manufacturing company that produces a wide range of upholstered furniture and has been successfully operating in Lithuania for more than 10 years is currently inviting a WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTICS MANAGER to join our team.
Nature of work
- Organization and daily supervision of warehouse activities;
- Planning and organizing team work;
- Analysis of warehouse activities, monitoring indicators;
- Proper receipt/issue and storage of raw materials and production;
- Ensuring correct accounting and documentation;
- Efficient use of premises and inventory;
- Creation of procedures, optimization of internal processes;
- Organization and control of inventories;
- Team development and motivation.
Employee requirements
- Higher/higher education;
- Successful managerial experience in warehouse management/logistics (advantage – in a manufacturing company);
- Organizational and team leadership skills;
- Ability to independently plan one's own and team's work;
- Responsibility, initiative, result orientation;
- Computer skills (MS Office, warehouse management systems).
