We are currently inviting a Warehouse Operations Manager to join the team, who will be responsible for the smooth organization of warehouse activities, process efficiency and ensuring results. In this position, the person will manage a team of professional managers, coordinate warehouse operations, ensure effective process management and strive for continuous improvement of activities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To manage all warehouse activities through a team of professional warehouse managers, ensuring a clear division of responsibilities, delegation, uniform performance standards and achievement of results.
- To ensure smooth and efficient daily management of warehouse operations - organization of goods receipt, warehousing, picking and other key processes in different logistics centers.
- To manage and develop a team of warehouse managers, strengthening the ability of managers to independently make decisions, assume responsibility, delegate and achieve agreed results through their teams.
- To analyze key operational KPIs, identify inefficiencies and initiate process improvement and optimization solutions in order to achieve greater productivity, quality and more efficient use of resources.
- To ensure the implementation of uniform operating principles and standards in all warehouses, strengthening team calibration, process control and uniform pursuit of results.
- Initiate and implement changes in warehouse operations, contributing to process digitization, automation, motivational and operational efficiency solutions and other business development initiatives.
- Actively cooperate with other business units and functions, coordinating solutions with transport, supply, purchasing, sales and other teams and ensuring the smooth operation of the entire logistics chain.
WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Have at least 4 years of management experience in logistics or warehousing, and experience in the FMCG or retail sector would be a great advantage.
- Have experience in leading a management team and several structural units, are able to effectively delegate, empower managers and ensure the achievement of results through others.
- You have excellent knowledge of warehouse operations and processes - goods receipt, warehousing, picking, resource planning and organization of daily activities.
- Able to analyze KPIs, assess operational efficiency and make data-based decisions focused on results and cost efficiency.
- Have experience in optimizing and developing processes, implementing efficiency, digitalization, automation or other performance improvement solutions.
- You are a strong leader and initiator of change, able to unify the operating principles of different units, develop managers and create a productive team.
- Has a higher education in logistics, management, supply chain or similar field, experience working with WMS or other warehouse management systems, and good knowledge of English.

- 5,000–6,600 € gross monthly salary, depending on the candidate’s experience and competencies.
